INTENSIVE THERAPY ROTATION
As of December 1995, the rotations of doctors in training were enabled in the ICU, since then more than a hundred professionals have passed through the service for this purpose.
The 3-month rotations in the ICU allow the Rotating Physician the possibility of learning about the fundamentals of critical medicine. This objective is achieved through active participation, both in the healthcare and academic aspects, similar to that of the postgraduate students of the Intensive Care Specialization Career (CTI).
This activity is designed for professionals in training, both in intensive care and in other related specialties.
Upon completion of the rotation, the professional receives an evaluation prepared by the Coordinating Physician and the Head of Service along with details of the instrumentation carried out and the result obtained.
